1. The service

- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Free trial
New customers can try the service free for the trial period shown on our website. One free trial is allowed per person and household. We may refuse or end a trial if we suspect misuse.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT. Each plan gives access for the duration you choose (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). We will tell you in advance about any price change, and it will not affect a plan you have already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
You must not copy, record for redistribution, resell, rebroadcast or publicly show any content; share your account outside your household; try to bypass security or geographic restrictions; or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules without a refund.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but streaming depends on your internet connection and device, and there may be occasional interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel and request a refund are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for problems caused by your equipment or internet connection, or for business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our service or the law. We will post the new version on this page and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
