1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content available through our website or service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our copyright agent including:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact location (URL, channel or title name) of the material you want removed.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next
When we receive a valid notice we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material quickly – usually within 48 hours – and let the person who provided it know.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, and your signature.
5. Repeat infringers
We will close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
